Counselling

One-on-one counselling for children, youth, and adults, offering culturally respectful support for grief, trauma, anxiety, and other life challenges.

Sessions are NIHB approved and guided by a healing-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.

Family Counselling

Culturally grounded counselling that supports families in strengthening relationships, communication, and healing together.

NIHB approved sessions provide a safe space to work through challenges while honoring family and community connections.

Autism Support & Advocacy

Support for children and youth with autism, along with their families. Services include advocacy, resources, and guidance to navigate educational, medical, and community systems while promoting inclusion, understanding, and cultural identity.
